Every invitation and inquiry we receive goes before the Lord — that's not a formality, that's how we actually operate. We move relationally and prayerfully, not transactionally. If God is in it, doors open. If He's not, we trust Him in that too. We're building genuine partnerships, not a contact list — and that takes time, discernment, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
